About Debbie Miller, Broker

Deborah Miller was born in Melbourne, Australia and moved to the Coachella Valley in the late 1980’s and despite her “Aussie twang,” Debbie considers herself a native of the Palm Springs area having lived here for over 20 years.

Debbie was first licensed in California to sell Real Estate after moving to the Coachella Valley and worked for Prudential California in Palm Springs. Her career at Prudential was a successful one and included Debbie being named a top producer. Debbie’s career also included a stint as a real estate appraiser for World Savings Bank when State licensing first came into effect. She was a California State Certified Appraiser receiving her license in October of 1992.

As a Real Estate Appraiser she learned how to value all types of property. With over 20 years appraisal experience she has appraised thousands of homes, condominiums, vacant lots, land and income property in the Coachella Valley.

A motivated and dynamic woman, Debbie had an opportunity to work with Buyer’s Only Realty, where she would work exclusively as a buyer’s agent in real estate transactions. Her years of experience as a real estate agent and appraiser would be invaluable to potential buyers, so she jumped at the opportunity. With a keen understanding of all aspects of real estate transactions and her vast experience as an appraiser, it is indeed the good fortune of buyer’s who hire Debbie to represent them. Debbie explains, “Whether it is a $100,000 home or a multi-million dollar commercial transaction, a Buyer deserves to be represented completely and competently. My only job is to get the best possible outcome for my clients.”

Debbie has been successfully representing buyers since 2006 in their purchases of condominiums and single family homes from Palm Springs to Indio, including the recently completed purchase of one of the late Sidney Sheldon estates in the Old Las Palmas neighborhood of Palm Springs.
