You were great.  Always available.  Always willing to find answers.  We felt well taken care of.  The best we’ve had.

We knew from our first meeting with Debbie Miller that she was the agent for us.  She has such an upbeat and warm personality that we never felt bogged down in our search.   She was always very responsive and willing to go the extra mile with us, especially since I always wanted to see “just one more property”.  She was a font of relevant information, gave good advice and counsel, understood what we really wanted better than we did sometimes, and truly “held our hands” throughout the process.

As I wrote on her Facebook page, although we were seeking a modest condo, Debbie treated us and the transaction as if it were a million dollar property.  What started as a business arrangement quickly became a friendship, and we feel very fortunate that from such a sea of Desert realtors, we found Debbie Miller.

I am a client of Debbie Miller’s. In fact I have purchased two properties with her, one a long and complicated foreclosure and the other a difficult short sale. In a business filled with dishonest, self serving, unctuous shysters, Debbie is like a water lily rising up out of polluted water. I have dealt with real estate agents in New York and abroad and I would never do business with any of them again. Debbie’s honesty is why I decided to purchase a second property here.

I am a very demanding and particular person. During the purchase of my first property with her, Debbie showed me over 60 properties throughout Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage. Most agents would have been annoyed, impatient and bitchy giving that much of their time. Not Debbie. Debbie even took me to the real estate auction of that foreclosed property in Corona, California! At no time was she ever anything but gracious, untiring and completely professional. Debbie is straight up and tells the truth to her clients, even when it would not be to her own advantage. Her experience as an appraiser, gives her a dimension that other realtors do not have, very useful to her clients. Debbie does not backbite or manipulate her clients (an industry wide practice) and she never tries to force a bad sale, just to get her commission. She is polite and effective in negotiating with other realtors, so she gets the job done and she follows up with the Escrow company to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Debbie is singular in her profession and it’s time she receives the full compensation for her hard work.

Debbie made our lives so much easier! Buying a home a long distance from where you live can be scary and confusing but Debbie gave us a Coachella Valley insider’s perspective and made us feel like we were long time residents. She worked around our limited availability to look at houses, doing whatever it took to maximize our time during our weekend searches. Throughout the escrow process, knowing that Debbie was on top of things and able to act as our agent in every aspect of the transaction (and the 10,000 little things you never think of buying you sign the sales agreement) really put our minds at ease. And we really felt comfortable knowing that she was a ***buyer’s agent***, not someone who plays on both sides of the fence and who may not always have our best interests at heart. We simply can’t imagine anyone thinking about buying a home here in the desert doing so without Debbie’s professional and friendly advice and counsel.
